This weekend is a great time to share your BEAR Run calendar with grandparents, family members, friends, neighbors, and others who would like to support Mary Blount Elementary!

Students who fill at least one complete row or one complete column on their calendar will earn a BEAR Run t-shirt to wear on race day!

🐻 Our BEAR Run is officially underway! 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Today, students watched our BEAR Run Kickoff video at school and are bringing home a BEAR Run calendar with all the details. Be sure to ask your child about it and check their backpack this afternoon!

Your child's ELA and Math TCAP score reports will be sent home with them today.
Science TCAP scores are not yet available. Because this is the first year of testing under Tennessee's new science standards, the state is still completing the standard-setting process. We expect science score reports to be available later in September, and we will send them home as soon as we receive them.
We encourage you to take a few moments to review your child's scores together. Celebrate their successes, talk about areas for growth, and discuss what goals they would like to set for this school year. Working together, we can continue maximizing the academic potential of every Mary Blount Bear!
